1. Acceptance of the Terms of Service
By using this site you are agreeing to our Terms of Service. ("Terms"):
These terms were last updated on July 13, 2011. Vibop reserves the right to modify the website and/or the terms of this Agreement without prior notice and at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the website after modifications are posted will be considered an acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
You must be 13 years of age or older to be a User of Vibop. By continuing to use the website, you are warranting that you are at least 13 years old and you have the authority to enter into these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, immediately stop using the website.
2. Your Agreement with Vibop
2.1 Your use of Vibop’s products, software, services and web sites (referred to collectively as the "Services") and excluding any services provided to you by Vibop under a separate written agreement) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement known as "Terms" between you and Vibop.
2.2 These terms apply to all types of users unless specifically stated otherwise. There are two types of users, those who have registered on the site (a "Registered User") and visitors of the site ("Visitors"). A Registered users may be a (1) paid member who has registered with Vibop for premium Services ("Premium User") or (2) a free user who has registered with Vibop ("Free User").
2.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Vibop, your agreement with Vibop will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document. These are referred to below as the "Universal Terms".
2.4 Your agreement with Vibop will also include the terms of any Legal Notices applicable to the Services, in addition to the Universal Terms. All of these are referred to below asthe "Additional Terms". Where Additional Terms apply to a Service, these will be accessible for you to read either within, or through your use of, that Service.
2.5 The Universal Terms, together with the Additional Terms, form a legally binding agreement between you and Vibop in relation to your use of the Services. It is important that you take the time to read them carefully. Collectively, this legal agreement is referred to below as the "Terms".
2.6 If there is any contradiction between what the Additional Terms say and what the Universal Terms say, then the Additional Terms shall take precedence in relation to that Service.
3. Description of Services
3.1 The Services are owned and operated by New Blue Inc., (dba Vibop) a Delaware Corporation with a place of business at 4225 Executive Square, Suite 480, La Jolla, California, USA. The Vibop Services provides Users with the ability to automatically edit and / or apply features to an uploaded video ("Vibop Video").
